Our commitment to inclusion extends to providers. To effectively deliver personalized care that meets the unique needs of the communities they serve, providers must first understand what respectful and inclusive service looks like. That's why we've prioritized making cultural competency training available for our VSP Network provers.
But at VSP, we're in this for the long term. While we partner with current practitioners to build their foundational knowledge, we're also investing in the future of eyecare through innovative programs that fuel diversity in the profession. We aim to strengthen the future of vision care by ensuring a pipeline of candidates enter the field—better reflecting the patient population for generations to come.
